The apartment is situated within the Shoop Public parking garage, at the crossroads of State Street and Main Street. The entrance to the garage can be found on State Street, albeit slightly obscured. Upon arriving, head up to the seagull mural on the third floor and locate the door marked with 228 Main Street.

House Rules for Belle City Lofts
Thank you for choosing to stay with us! To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for everyone, please review and follow these house rules.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-In: After 4:00 PM
- Check-Out: By 11:00 AM
- Late check-outs may result in an additional fee as we need time to prepare for the next guest.
Parties & Events
- No parties or large gatherings allowed. Quiet, respectful get-togethers are fine, but loud music, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (per local ordinances).
No Smoking or Vaping
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property.
- Smoking is allowed outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Violation Fee: $250 for deep cleaning.
Pet Policy
- Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted in the listing.
- Failure to follow the pet policy may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Kitchen Use
- Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself.
- Wash dishes, empty the dishwasher, and dispose of food waste before checking out.
Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements
- Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed on the reservation.
- Bedding and towels are provided. If extra linens are needed, please let us know.
Bathrooms
- Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Flushing wipes, feminine hygiene products, or other materials can cause plumbing issues.
Games & Amenities
- Games, puzzles, and other amenities are available for your enjoyment. Please return them to their original place after use.
Wi-Fi & Technology
- Wi-Fi information is provided in the welcome guide.
- Streaming services (if provided) are logged into our accounts. Please do not log out.
Cleanliness & Trash
- Please treat the property with respect and leave it as you found it.
- Take out the trash to the designated outdoor bins before departure.
- If staying for multiple days, please take trash out regularly to avoid odors and pests.
Security & Doors
- Lock all doors and close windows when leaving the property.
- Do not share the door code with anyone outside your group.
Prohibited Activities
- No illegal substances, firearms, or hazardous materials are allowed on the property.
- Tampering with smoke detectors will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of deposit.
Safety Guidelines
- Stair Safety: Use caution when going up and down the stairs, especially if traveling with young children or older guests. Hold the handrail and take your time to avoid slips or falls.
Extended Stays
- For stays longer than a week, we kindly ask that guests dispose of trash regularly and maintain basic cleanliness.
Penalties & Liability
- Penalties for Violating Rules: Failure to adhere to these rules may result in additional fees, loss of deposit, or cancellation of the reservation without refund.
- Liability Disclaimer: Guests assume full responsibility for their safety and the safety of their group during their stay. We are not responsible for injuries that occur if guests do not follow the house rules, including but not limited to climbing on railings, unsafe use of stairs, or misuse of amenities.

Check-In Details
- Check-In Time: After 4:00 PM
- Address: 228 Main Street, Racine, WI 53403
- Self Check-In: With digital door code
Entry Instructions
- Locate the digital keypad on the front door.
- Enter the provided access code: 1234# (Your unique code will be sent via message before check-in).
- The light will turn green and you'll hear a click when the door unlocks.
- Turn the handle and enter the property.
- The door will automatically lock behind you.
If you have any issues with the lock, please call us immediately at (763) 482-4322.
Parking Information
- Dedicated Parking: Spots are available in the rear of the building.
- Street Parking: Also available along Main Street with posted regulations.
- Please do not block any driveways or park in neighbors' spots.
Upon Arrival
- The lights and thermostat will be set to comfortable levels.
- Wi-Fi information is located in the welcome tab and also on the refrigerator.
- A detailed property guide is available on the kitchen counter.

Check-Out Details
- Check-Out Time: By 11:00 AM
- Late Check-Out: Must be arranged in advance and may incur additional fees.
Check-Out Procedure
- Please gather all personal belongings.
- Place used towels in the laundry basket.
- Load and start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes.
- Place all trash in the appropriate bins outside.
- Check for any items in the refrigerator you'd like to take.
- Adjust thermostat to 68°F in winter or 74°F in summer.
- Lock all windows and doors.
- Simply pull the door closed when you leave - it will lock automatically.
Kitchen Checkout
- Run the dishwasher with all used dishes.
- Dispose of any leftover food or take it with you.
- Wipe down countertops.
Trash & Recycling
- Place all trash in the bins located at the back of the property.
- Recycling bins are clearly marked next to the trash cans.
Keys & Access
- No physical keys to return. The door will lock automatically.
- Your door code will deactivate after checkout time.
